Well during the combat the small the small Bayleef squadrom boat got attacked by the Johto just when Charlotte and Jackie decided to go on their own to combat leaving Joe in charge ofdefending the boat

so there they where Magikarp and trainer flipping the table on their favor when the girls decided to get serius and more cold, leaving Joe in a very hard position.
