• Personality: 

He haves an explosive attitude, is mulish  and an idiot boy. Van seems like one of those boys that always seemed dispose to action, because he always hated to be called a chicken or girly because deep inside him he wanted to look as fearles and manly as possible (this was something he admired on his previous tutor and tried to mimic). Also he dosent know how to interact with most of the people. He use to argue a lot and since is very short tempered tends to even want to fight you if something you said or do, or the way you treated him wasnt pleasent to him specially if you are a guy, and plus if you are taller than him. 

He dosent tend to make many friends so he is kind of lonely (although is not soething he particualry hates, because he kind of dislike to handle many people) sooo like any dog, he will be the most loyal companion if he decides you are ok to him(sorry he would hardly admit being friends OEL).

Despict of having such a rough attitude, and even becme violent to most of the people, he ... kind of cant talk to girls  (specialy the ones he find it femenine enough) properly, getting nervious and being as smooth as a stone...so hewont be able to harm or say much to them...  

• About Van 

Van was originaly an orphan from Diavolo who had the terrible luck of being  adopted by a member of a criminal gang who in reality was after some kids to be trained as streets thieves. Of course a little boy like Van didnt liked to be used as a slave in order to get  some food, but he couldnt get to complain so much, after all he spent many years in a very poor orphan with almost not supplies for forgotten children. So he did what he could to survive, although life in the streets wasnt so nice, and having a control collar on his neck like a damocles sword (just in case the gang smaller pawns wanted to flee...baam electro killing shock) Van learned to deal quicly not only with other low criminals that always saw him like an easy target in some sreet war, but also to some of the higher heads that did tried to correct his bad attitude (like confronting his boss-owner in order of food medical packs or better clothing for his companions)   

4 years after his enrollement Van grew to be a very though little puppy. He wasnt a liked member of his gang but at least he learned to deal with his life, even despict seeing many children falling due to the lack of food or murdered in a dark corner.  He leaned to deal with the most dangerous jobs as an informant, as a rober or even in the frontline of a fight so he could in a way make others deal less troubles. Until a night before xmas when He met Takeshi. 

At first he wanted to show his companions some guts like usual and decided to steal the nidoking that was dealing a case in the area. Things didnt ended very well. Van's companion fleed scared when the big nidoking catched the puppy's arm. it was humiliating to see someon so strong enough to make him feel so helpless weak. He was spectig to die in the hands of that intimidating nidoking. But  Takeshi had other plans.

One way or another they ended up helping each other; Van got released and the nidoking could stop a terrorist Operation involving certain gangs war. In the end the grumpy Nidoking decided to adopt the boy arguing that with his stupid attitude he rater become a good militar dog or would comeback as a criminal. The boy barked in protest, but he knew he would have to pay him later his debt with him.

At least he tried. He somehow learned to appresiate the big nidoking and all his job in Lumiere training new recruits. But he used to get bothered alot by his companion, showing 0 aptitude for team work. In the end he couldnt make it to be a good cadet. and didnt had the guts to say much to his tutor. The nidoking didnt said a thing to him, after all he saw in the little boy's eyes a spark of determination and pride that he would desire in most of his soldiers.  The boy left to start a new life, in Arcobaleno, determined in becoming a great defender somehow, in his own rules, notwanting to face the nidoking until he acomplished his ambition.

- Obi (because he always seems to trat Acantha smoothly and nice and he knows about his fame with ladies)

- Kip (dosent see her a s a girl but a freaking witch) sorry since he might want to hurt the mankey and Kip is yandering on him...is kind of natural that Van will get to see her at her most frigtening side XD

-To be considered a coward, or unmanly (specialy if you make fun or talk to much about his pink color scheme)

- To be considered a cute lttle puppy 

- People being taller than him (most of him he will dislike  and be even considered "poles with legs")

- Just aboid to call him or even say the words related to being short ... (he can really bite you because he haves some height complex)
- Study...he dosent have much patience for that

• Relationships:

 

- Obi: once he was sabed by the mankey...until then he cant possibily forgive him for making  that. Van Hates Obis attitude and brough a big shame to him when this happened...and because other reasonable reason he would pretty much like to bite him

-Family: none, he lives alone now in athe most cheap and kind of dangerous area of Arcobaleno.

-Legaly Takeshi is his new tutor but stuff happened, he will respect the puppy space

• Other data:
-He always gets into fight with people so no wonder you will always see him with some band aid or scars ...like the one in his ear*

-He wont hate you if you are smaller than him...and probably will more likely  try to protect you if you need some help  because he knows how much of a pain is to be kind of short
- He haves a liiiiiiiiittle something for Acantha although he might hardly say something about it
